In the interests of optimal service and transparency, we invite customers to consult the following terms of sale, which are considered to be implicitly accepted on orders arrivals.

1) Orders must be sent by fax or e-mail and must contain precise indications of special customer requirements (delivery times; use of hydraulic tailgates;

advance notification of deliveries, etc.). Any costs deriving from failure to comply with the foregoing instructions will be charged to the customer.

2) Each order generates the issue of an order confirmation, which will be construed as implicitly accepted in the absence of explicit rejection by the customer.

3) All additions to an existing order will be dealt with as new orders, subject to the provisions stated above in point 1).

4) Tolerance of ± 3% is allowed in relation to the quantities indicated on product packages and transport packs.

Order quantities must be exact multiples of the quantities associated with the packs shown in the catalogue.

5) Prices are quoted in euros (€) (excluding VAT).

6) Goods travel at the risk of the customer.

7) Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.

8) Claims are not accepted unless they are made within 8 days from reception of the goods.

11) SapiSelco products are supplied in five different pack sizes:

a. 59x39x30 cm b. 60x20x30 cm c. 52x24x20 cm d. 79x30x29 cm e. 118x40x26 cm

12) The maximum dimensions of each pallet are: footprint 80x120 cm, height 200 cm.

13) Interest will be charged on late payments at bank current account overdraft rates, without prejudice to our entitlement to take any other appropriate actions.
14) For all sales the “title retention right” clause is applicable to the goods sold.

15) All disputes will be referred to the sole jurisdiction of the Law court of Padua. In departure from this general principle, SapiSelco Srl reserves the right to seek settlement from the court of law in the place of residence of the customer.

16) With regard to the general aspects of the commercial relationship, this will be based on the internal SapiSelco procedures associated with our ISO 9001 certified quality system.

For specific technical-commercial requirements, SapiSelco reserves the right to alter the products in the current price list at any time it deems fit and without notice.
