Mould department<\/h4>\n

SapiSelco<\/strong> independently designs and manufactures<\/strong> its own injection moulds<\/strong>. This task is entrusted to a team of engineers and specialized technicians in the Mould Department<\/strong>. Production<\/h4>\n

Hardened steel<\/strong> is the raw material used to make the moulds, which are manufactured via a high-speed electroerosion and milling process. Production Units<\/h4>\n

Laboratory<\/h4>\n

The analysis lab<\/strong> verifies incoming raw material<\/strong> conformity by analysing the moisture content, viscosity and density of the granulate. The lab checks that the values match the requisites indicated by production parameters.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the SapiSelco lab performs quality controls on the finished product <\/strong>by way of daily sampling.
